Meaning

◉ 「as..」「with..」「due to..」「accordingly..」「accompany」

◉ 「伴（ともな）う」means「accompany」「bring with..」。

◉ It means “the former has changed for some reason..” and “the result of the latter will also change“.

◉ It has a different meaning and usage with 「にしたがって」 and 「につれ」。
