JLPT【 N3 grammar 】How to use ” kanoyouda・kanoyouni・kanoyouna” -かのようだ

かのようだ

Today, I would like to talk about JLPT [N2 Grammar] “〜かのようだ・かのような・かのように(kanoyouda・kanoyouna・kanoyouni)”.

MEANING

  • as if〜.
  • It looks or feels like ~, although it’s not really.
  • “A” is not “B”, but it seems to feel like B.
  • It is often used with “まるで”, “あたかも”, or “いかにも”.
  • “かの” can be omitted in some cases.
