「as soon as~」
Meaning
◉ as soon as~
◉ It means that something has just been done and the opposite of what has just happened happened.
◉ The latter sentence usually follows a negative result.
◉ This sentence pattern is used for actions that “frequently repeat”, so it’s not necessary for things that only happen once.
Wrong example:
◉ 新 しいお皿 を買 ったそばから割 ってしまった。
(I just bought a new plate and it broke immediately.)
