① 彼女（かのじょ）は日本（にほん）で10年（じゅうねん）も生活（せいかつ）してるものの、日本語（にほんご）はまだうまく喋（しゃべ）れない。

Kanojo wa Nihon de 10-nen mo seikatsu shi teru mono no, nihongo wa mada umaku shaberenai.

Although she has lived in Japan for ten years, she still doesn’t speak Japanese well.

② ギターを始（はじ）めようと買（か）ってみたものの、まだ一度（いちど）しか弾（ひ）いたことがない。
